Nice review... to be honest though, I was already sold on Vin's workshop. I've been a fan since the first natural game article I read. I really like Vin's outlook and approach towards game. Plus, given my weaknesses/sticking points, this workshop sounds like it would help me the most. Being overwhelmed with so many routines, lines, rules, etc. just messes you up, as I think many are realizing. You can tell Vin's degree of intelligence from his literature... plus I think simplicity is key, and it sounds like in Drills game is broken down into just the necessities, which are practiced... it just sounds like an appropriate way of training. Also, Vin is really getting into ways to learn proper sexual escalation/tension and kino, which is so key and not explained much anywhere else.
I also think it's really cool that Vin and the other instructors participate in the forum so much, and the video responses by Vin himself (and the phone coaching call) are awesome. I've never been given such attention (a personal video response to my question) before by a guru of his caliber... it kind of tripped me out to be honest.
FunkFish, being a fellow college kid and roughly your age (a little older), I'm just wondering how in the heck you can afford Drills? Eh, that's kind of a rude question-you don't have to answer that. I guess I'm just bummed I can't participate in a workshop. I would have to sell my car to get that kind of spare cash (but I love my car and need it for my job). Maybe if I can get that second job and work all day and night this summer....
