Yeah, I think guys should focus on inner game for themselves, not to get friends or whatever... cause the inner game has to do with you. I had a lot of inner game issues that I "fixed" which led me to go out and socialize. It wasn't the inner game that made me talk to woman but it led me there.
There's nothing wrong with thinking. I think a lot (sometimes to much) so I know what it's like to not think a lot and get into my body when I'm exercising or playing sports. Haha, I got that balanced Insanity was talking about. Thinking helps you do creative things like write books and make music. I do see how PUA's can go into this process of overthinking shit. The best way to get out is to communicate with people.
