I don't wear sunglasses when I go out.
However, congruence matters. If you have a white belt, have something to match with that. But, white or black are a mixture of colors, so they aren't really colors. You can actually wear these colors with ANY other color. However, if your buckle is a solid red, wear something that's red, etc.
This is a pointless question, btw.
