Generally, I think it has to do with VALUE. IF a girl sees your true value, the girl will love your touch and will experience a heightened emotional response when you touch her. Say if Brad Pitt(for illustrative purposes) goes up to a girl and touches overt 3, what's the chance of her locking up? minimal yeah?
Also, it has to do with Buying Tempreature. Some girls are emotional stimulated from the environment e.g. NightClub, drinks, music, other players etc. or just plain horny, you'll touch'em and they'll love it and won't lockup.
NOW reverse the above scenarios and see why girls, sometimes, lockup.
As a general rule, don't take ownership of *them* locking up. Especially if you use the DEL.
