It's not a phase - that list is not a series of phases meant to be "done in order". It is a list of the different things you CAN do, with the most effective at the top and the least effective at the bottom.
When making recommendations, I really urge people to only do the first 3 or 4 items, and if they are still struggling with that, and it makes sense with their personalities I will recommend the other things on the list. and no I never recommend a person "does nothing" |
