I don't know if this can help you, but in my experience maybe you just have to chill out, being non-reactive and continue to create a wonderful shared reality for you and your girlfriend despite external "frictions". I've been doing this even when her parents were against our relationship, and at some point we had a dinner (me, her and her parents) and you know what? They liked me 
You have to be patient and show them that you are a bliss for her, not some sort of mythical devilish monster

her parents are under the impression that we're over
but we're not
she's actually throwing a family'n'friends party soon
and i'm invited "as a friend"
they'll get to meet me for real
and i really don't know how they couldn't like me
those are all just labels anyway
and don't stop us from doing what we wanna do
in fact, the pressure actually helps us
and pushes us together
