I agree with you Obscurety, having power in every relationships is all about CHOICE. It's the only thing that will help you to not become needy in the long term.
But I can feel Pastiche saying: "But I love her, I can't cheat on her!" You also are right, I feel the same for my girlfriend, but maybe we can go out more, meet more people and make more female friends just for remember that she isn't "The Only One" (R).
