I appreciate the way you set yourself specific goals for the night. I think this really increases the chance of you achieving them becasue they are put in your subconcious. I need to do this more myself and you have given me the inspiration to do so.
Also the repeated last minute resistance is an interesting topic, I have also tested the theory that "No" usually means "not yet" and taking 1 step back then 2 forward can yeild great rewards.
I would very much like to hear about your techniques for merging sets.
