Using the DEL to convert a female friend into more??

I'm new on here but have read some of the stuff and I am familiar with pick up theory. One thing I'm figuring out is that the difference between the girls who become your friends and the ones who become more has to do with the kino escalation. Since the DEL works with any verbal structure seems to me that it is what is generating all or most of the attraction. Everything else seems taught is to show her how you are an interesting and intriguing guy.

So I'm wondering this...can the DEL be used on a girl that is already a friend, and what would happen? I mean if you've already established credibility and comfort in a friend relationship, seems to me an addition of kino to the mix may be what it takes to make things happen.

I've got a girl that I've know for around 6 months or so and we tend to run in the same social circles and have spent a lot of time together in groups of friends, but never really any one on one time. I'm about to begin to give her guitar lessons and will be getting one on one time and I'm wondering if escalating could be something that I can use to make her see me as more....
