Back of your hand touching her breast, does it mean she's ready to be kissed?

I am relatively inexperienced at kino. It was only recently that I learnt that if a girl is alright with you touching her face (class 3), she won't mind you touching her stomach (class 2).

Hence following that logic, if she is alright with the back of your hand touching her breasts, is she ready to be kissed? Does backhand to breast unlock that level?

In short, don't look for indicators that she's ready to be kissed, or whatever. You have to take the lead, not her.
