opening a set, kino escalation, hahaha

my friend showed me a video on youtube of this guy opening a set using all pu jargon.
i don't remember what the video is called but it's fucking classic.

after seeing it my friend and i were blatantly talking pu jargon at the bar
talking to people and throwing in words like DHV, sets, IOI, compliance, etc...

it's funny how much of this stuff people miss...

for example, i see a 3set standing at the bar
one girl is facing the other two who are standing at the bar-

Me: hey girls..(strong eye contact).. i just had to come open your 3 set (smile)

[none of the realized i just called their group a "3-set," or that i said i came to "open them"... haha]

girls: hey
me: have you guys seen that movie night at the roxbury?
girls: omg! yea of course!
me: you know how they do that little... nose wiggle thing they do <do the nose wiggle> (pause for reaction).
girls: haha, yea <start doing the head bob thing>
Me: think that has underlying meaning?... like, that... they've been doing a bunch of blow or something
blonde girl: omg i've never thought of it like that... they ARE in LA clubs-
Me: <turning to her, and interrupting her> you seem like the outspoken one of the group... after my DHV you took a new perspective on something you'd never thought of... what a transition!

[she semi noticed that i said DHV... but only after she agreed with me... haha]

Her: yea... i did......... wait, wha-
me: yea... we built a great yes ladder! <turning to the girl with a hat on> hb-hat you're probably the quiet one... i can tell by your cool hat
her: what did you just call me-

[i blatantly called her HB-Hat... and refered to a "yes ladder" haha... hb-hat is smiling so i know everythings ok]

dark hair girl: <interrupting> she actually gets the craziest out of all of us when she's drunk!
Me: <laughing> and YOU are the loud one
all girls: hahahaha
me: ok, listen to THIS...... <silence, strong eyecontact>
girl: what?
me: my friends... neutered my dog without even fucking telling me!
girls: omg seriously!?
me: <touching blonde on the shoulder but looking at her friends> i've gotten enough IOI's, so i am doing kino escalation <removing hand from the blondes shoulder>... i love those guys... but they took my dog's manhood, WTF!?
all girls: awwww... poor doggy

[not even the girl whom my hand was resting on realized that i just said she has given me enough IOI's to perform a kino escalation on her... hahaha]

Me: <handing drink to hb-hat> hold this for just a sec.
Hb-hat: ok
Me: <turn around.. say hi to someone i don't know.. turn back around> your compliance will pay off <grabbing my drink from her>
hb-hat: my wha-
Me: (interrupting) so check this out... <silence>
hb-hat: what?
Me: hang on <holding out my hand and she takes it.. i spin her and take her spot at the bar... nice>... ok great, i'm locked in the set now, anyway... my friend was climbing at this place called horsehoe... and blablabla

[i tell them i'm locked into their set... not even a mention of it from one of them... do they understand me!? haha]

they bounced to another bar with my roomate and i... but we didn't go home with them...
my wing and i brought home three other girls... whom we left at my neighbors house for them to have fun with.
i was too tired to do any fucking.

i just had to share this with you guys. hahahahahaha

I think what worked here is that

a) you were having fun with them
b) you kept your attention moving and didn't get stuck on any of their questions
c) you were experimenting so you weren't focused on getting a result like picking them up but seeing how far you could take things.
d) You were LEADING - since you weren't stopping to explain yourself they just went along with it.

It goes to show how unimportant it is what words you use...
