FR: picking up women on college camous #2

i'm going to make this a persona;l habit of posting FR's

The girl that i got the number from FR #1 has not repsonded yet, but i will always assume that she's attracted to me, so i'll wait till sat or sun to call her


approch #1: Girl is walking ahead, i flag her down and use my direct opener, She's has to go, but thats alright

Approch #2: Girl is walking towards me, i stop her with my direct opener. She smiles, and she thinks that i'm doing this to win a bet with my friends, i try to say to her in my most serious tone that this is no game i'm playing with her, Anyway we are both walking down the street, i ask the usual, her major and her job outlook. She says that she works ina children's hospoital and i try to vibe off of that.

Anyway we get to the street corner and i tell her that i really want to see her again, she blushes alot but she says that she's so busy with her thesis that she wont get to see me. I persist, but no dice. We settle on email and we hug and go our seperate ways

Thoughts:

When using direct openers, its high risk high reward, however i want to make myself as authentic as possbile. I.E i dont want women going up to me and thinking that this is all a game. Perhaps using high value attainbility technique would of helped here?

I will assume that the second girl was attracted to me, maybe it wasnt the right time, and for those with alot more expereince how does one deal with emails, i know that numbers are better but perhaps she gave me her email because i didnt demonstrate that i was not a safe guy yet

I know that the approach taught me situational openers, but i have always felt more comfortable with direct, its kind of strange but i want to know immediately if the girl reacts well or not.
