the mystery method... i got a hold of the model recently... snagged "mindofmystery" from a friend... to be sure i REAAALLY understood that stuff... i love MM because it's structured. it's almost nerdy in a way. lol and i'm a male who likes logical stuff... i mean, my favorite subject is statistics... yea, wtf? haha so after watching those DVD's (FUCKING INCREDIBLE, by the way) i go out. with a group of friends... 7-8 guys, 1 girl... we get to our destination... i scan the room... i've got different infield vision now, thank you mystery. notice a 2 set, a 3 set, ... ugly.. then i notice about an 8 set, sitting at a corner booth. all girls and i know one of the girls in it. she has a boyfriend. we'll call her "S" last time i saw S was about 2 years ago... she is younger than i... and her body is that of a greek goddess  anyway after learning, studying, and applying the model.. i'll break things down in that manner. althought this wasn't a cold approach.. it felt like one, because i haven't seen her IN 2 YEARS. A1 opener: "omg... <making eye contact> i could have sworn.... you disappeared <smiling>"{the "..." are literally 1-2 second pauses in my voice... if you listen to mystery talk.. he does this, he creates a rhythm with his voice... i have since adopted my own rhythm.} after my opener, she instructs her friends to get up so she can stand to hug me she seems excited perfect. A2 disqualifiers: she hugs me, i say, "omg... your skin... is so soft.... just like toilet paper <pushing her away, while smiling... what's known as a calibrated neg>"this stage is all about female to male interest we, as males, have to set this up. create some tension and demonstrate higher value. which can be done in a VARIETY of ways. i say ,"well introduce me to your friends (all girls)... it's the polite thing." she introduces me. i make small jokes to her friends... they laugh this is a dhv, it demonstrates that i'm social she says, "you just came over here, because you wanted to meet my friends." me: "nono, i'm sure they wanted... to meet me too <grin>" she giggles... perfect... now i can get away with more kino. i can slide under the radar if she's giggling. so i put my arm around her, say something to her friend.. then push her off. i don't want to leave any tension lingering. so i must create it, then get rid of it. create it, get rid of it. "you should come meet my friends too" she agrees... good compliance. i just walk off after saying this. she follows. great compliance. this is known as a "move" in the mysterymethodmodel... A3 this is when i begin to reward her for the IOI's and compliance she has given.and i also communicate my interest. because at some point she needs to know that i like her for more than her beauty. i DHV all my friends by giving them accomplishment introductions to S SOI: "you know... when i first met you.... years ago.... i wasn't so sure about you...... but now..... i'd say you're alright" of course this gets her going... "when you first met me you WEREN'T SURE ABOUT ME?" Bait, Hook, Reel, Release this is the common qualification loop. remember...i gotta set up EVERYTHING to make this courtship work. so this model... for example - i throw out the bait Me: "yea... i wasn't sure about you... but now... i know you're pretty cool... but.... can ya cook?" she takes the bait.... and this is the Hook S: "yea... i'm a damn good pankake cook!" then i reel her in with an IOI... and release the tension at the end of the sentence me: "haha... that's awesome, i fuckin love pankakes... you know... you can actually put the... syrup.... in the batter.... and it makes the pankakes all creamy tasting..... too bad ANYONE can cook pankakes" S: hahahaha <punches me> next i will move her to a comfort location inside the club my roomate suggests we all go out back for a smoke. how do i get them back there? "we're going outside... comeon" she follows, and grabs a friend. this is another "move" C1 now that i've got her in a comfort location (outside, it's quieter than inside the club)it's time to just vibe with her... create wide and deep rapport now... if she's not talkative (which this girl was not much of a talker... shygirl) i begin multiple threading. and holy shit this is fucking $MONEY$ the technique the basic multiple thread technique is to introduce a series of threads that flow in a manner, such that they can cut themselves off. for example- "last time i was here... THE WEIRDEST shit happened.... we we're upstairs and..... speakin of weird, you know.... they found a new species..... yea...... i saw it on this show...... and that show.... also talked about people with blue eyes.... and the importance they possess in our culture" the Structure: i introduced 3 topics that all cut themselves off. 1. the weird thing that happened last time i was here 2. the new species 3. people with blue eyes after i introduce this stuff... i just kick back. and i KNOW she will pickup on one of those things... and this girl, S... wanted to know what the weird thing that happened in this club was... well... i don't give that thread to her. i give her the animal thread. then the blue eyes thread... but no matter what i talk about SHE KEEPS ASKING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED LAST TIME I WAS HERE... if you guys can't see the COMPLETE AWESOMENESS about multiple threading, just stop reading right now... you're much cooler than me. lol anyway... we begin talking about going somewhere else. C2 in this phase... i either create a time bridge (setting up plans to do something at a later date or i bounce the girl.. and her friends if neccessary. we bounce. to a stripclub... my wing, me, and the 2 girls. we drink and drink... she's touching my leg while talking to my roomate.. i think.. "that's what *i* do... she must be a player" i say something to the like of, "oh you've never... seen our videos? i'll have to show you when we leave here" she says "yea." so.. she just confirmed to me, and to herself... that she will be coming over later... awesome. we leave the strip club, and bounce to my pad. C3 C3... is the bounce to a seduction location. my house  haha... i love this game we smoke, drink ... i'm just waiting for the "move" to S1.... she says, "i'm tired" i say, "great lets go lay down." S1 got her in my room...we start kissing immediately. this is the first time we've kissed i take her dress off S2 overcome last minute resistance..if there is any. well... there was... apparently this chick is a virgin i hear my roomate fucking her friend in his room... damnit. i'm stuck with virgin. she wont fuck. i'ts 6 am... i keep feeling her ass... she's grinding on my dick she's on top of me... i'm getting tired.... she says she has to leave.... i agree.... she and her friend leave... i get her number timebridge: "i'll come see ya at work tomorrow... but promise.... you'll hooke me up with a free iced tea?" she agrees timebridge is complete i pass out. S3 have sex with the girldidn't get this far, i'll let you guys know when/if i do debrief i almost got to the final stage of the model. but didn't complete it. but i also see this as a win. i bounced her and her friend twice and had her back in my bed. although sex did not occur... the time bridge i set up will buy me some more time with this girl Last edited by diablo : 04-14-2008 at 03:39 AM.         |

WTF Diablo? Did you really need to get better at pickup?  I mean, jeez, I've read your posts... are there any women left in your vicinity you haven't been with? And now you're adding hypnotic pacing and open loops to your repertoire? Seriously, it just emphasizes to me there is always more to learn and further to develop... sigh... and as well, thanks for being a good example of what's possible |

hypnotic pacing and open loops eh? sounds better than multiple threading, haha. multiple threading is something i just learned... although simple as hell... has GREATLY increased my game... good god.. being able to rely on my multiple thread routines to VERY CONSISTENTLY elicit responses from women that get them jumping out of their chairs (literally) it's like my new Pythagorean theorem Asquared + Bsquared = Csquared i can rely on THAT SHIT.... i have so many stories... and each day ... i take the time to figure out a smooth way to intgrate 3 of them into the multiple thread syntax structure... so when i get to comfort... i'm basically unstoppable. i recommend EVERYONE do this... it's fuckin priceless... i know a girl will jump on one of my topics... but i don't give it to her immediately. I'm happy you're happy, it's a kick ass post. Couple more technical questions. With the multi threading do you start a thread, switch to another, switch to a third and never go back and finish the previous ones? Or do you start thread 1, then start 2, then start and finish 3, then finish 2, then finish 1? And are you supposed to pace your pauses when speaking to match the breathing of who you're chatting to? I was a little quick to lump what you described in with techniques I've learned and I could be wrong, so as usual I'm curious |

"i feel like i can talk to him about ANYTHING." so if the girl says, "wait, what was the weird thing that happened last time u were here??" i'd probably say, "wait your turn" and i wouldn't give her that thread she wanted, i'd give her a different one instead. with a teasing look on my face... by doing this i'm allowing a lot of time for more threads to manifest, creating that feeling of wide rapport i'm being playful but i can still go back to the multiple threads i brought up becuase i haven't finished talkin about all of them yet! the great thing about multiple threading is that you have something to go back to. you can even leave a multiple thread completely untalked about, get her number and when you call her you bring up the multiple thread that you left out immediately for example, "hey, that weird new animal.... it's called a PANGOLIAN... yea,.. looks like a mixture between... a squirrel and a... fuckin armadillo or something.... anyway blablabla" Quote:
