just like when the water ripples on a pond, you can't describe exactly whats happening just by looking at the surface...
you know that there are currents and streams UNDERNEATH the water that are the driving force of the ripples..
but in order to really understand why those ripples are happneing-
you have to look below the surface

it's the best damn feeling when you have a enlightening realization...

The ripples are all we see. What we overlook is the calmness in the depths of the pond, the tranquility in the depths of the ocean. But just like how the ripples and the depths are contained by masses of land, what we see and feel are contained within ourselves.

The ocean doesn't contain us. It doesn't run us. WE contain the ocean. The calmness and the chaos. Whether we live on the surface or at the depths is up to us.
