| Dear friends, A cliffnotes synopsis - Ive been overweight my entire life, finally have grown into my body/matured have unfortunately a lot of self-esteem/value issues regarding this becasue of internalizing everything about it (being rejected by girls, picked on, etc) Finally starting to realize that thru AMP (Authentic Man Program) that I have been unconciously protecting myself from furter ridicule by withdrawing from situations and never really risking anything at all so I can say if Id have tried I would have done it and if not then I couldnt fail either. Stuck between fear of sucess and fear of failure Question is this - how do I begin to resolve this/Build my inner game up to a point where I can really flourish? Your help is greatly appreciated |

| I'd suggest committing "social suicide" when you're out and about. Do it as early in the day as possible. Do it often. You don't have to do that around your friends (like I have). Instead get rid of your fears out where you don't know people and you can wake up the next morning and notice nothing's changed but your perception of yourself. You're still alive. I had a friend go skydiving. While I'm not sure if it helped him with conquering his fears of women, he stretched his comfort zone. If you REALLY wanna get out there though, do something you've never done before, like maybe karaoke, around ANYONE including your friends. Push yourself. Do 1 thing each day that scares you. Even if you miss a day, imagine the payoff after 365 days in a year. Like approaching a woman while out doing your daily routine. If you pass her up coz you got scared, stop in your tracks, turn around, and go after her. Who cares what happens? You don't know her anyway. The more you do things like this, the more you don't give a crap, and the more it will reflect in your behavior. Then when you're back with your friends and your usual whereabouts, people will notice. (Not that it matters )
