Default how can i introvert the 11 laws of an attractive identity?

hi people, question from me

how can i introvert the 11 laws of an attractive identity?

I have an Idea but don`t know if it`s good.
Maybe i have the wrong view of it, so i tell you how i see my life now and then how to expand it!
by the way the 4EP model helped me a much since i know it.

here an example
for the sake of convenience i only talk about socialising.

When i enter a group i focus on the belief "I can say what i want as long i handle the tests right"
When a bad though comes up i accept that and change focus back.

Today i was going out and had a though that i don`t need to think about it anymore because it flows automatic.

The question is now: is it truth that when you focus on the belief
that after a few moments it is introverted for the time you are in the group?

The follow-up question is:
when you often enter groups and focus on the belief that the state holds longer, or even for ever with exception when you life a year in isolation

and now back to the 11laws
When i have mastered the first belief can i go to the next?

Ok this is all
Write down your opinion or instructions :-)

sincerely yours

Beckstar

introvert? do you mean make them a part of you?

reading them over and over again will help you believe that are like that... and it will you internalize the belief... and of course deciding to be that way is powerful.

can you clarify what you mean in that group question?

When I hear mastering a belief, it sounds like task or some college course. All you have to do is believe that way by choosing too. Know you don't have to believe number 1 to believe number 7.

Hi Lester!

To the Group question: i think loud:"i can say what i want"
and then i go into the group...

i don`t know if this is the right way, i don`t believe it anymore.

this stuff helped me much, but i don`t get it really complete.

i start concentrate on something i want to do.
then steallthy i get back concetrating on my thoughts.
When i realize it, i get stressed finally angry.

my forehead, my nose and the area between my eyes
get very constricted, finally i feel a pain.
it makes me so wired
I still try on focusing outside but i constantly fall back

Question:What do i wrong?
Question: When i could listen into a Puas head would i hear something?
If Yes in which Situation.

Hope you can help me

Whether its a group or a single woman by herself, whether it's in a bar or a park I'm really screening her, to she if she's fun, if she has a good vibe. Is by keeping my mouth shut most of the time and asking her questions. If I start thinking about my thoughts, I make sure I stop, and get back to screening her, to see if she's fun.

What you're doing wrong is thinking to much in your head. It's best to make her or the group look good, by helping them contribute to the interaction. Let them charm you, let them give you meaningful answers to you questions, let them show you that they are fun to be with.
