I just turned 33yrs old this past Feb, I'm orginally from Taiwan, moved here when I was 10yrs old, lived in So cal since that time. Fairly new to the pick up scene, dont know really where to start. I'm about to start reading, "The Game" by Neil Strauss. This seen to be the "must read" for all newbies.
As of Nov. of last year, I decided to make a change with my life. So, I packed up and left Cali and transfered to Albuquerque, NM with my work. As soon as I arrived, I realized that I no longer know anyone beside friends from work. At the sametime, I realized I dont have any female friends (unless they are from work (I know they are off limit)).
All of these realizations, lead me to see that I've really bad approach anxiety. Also, I realized that my guys friends were stucked on thier one-itis or are AFCs. Even worst, a very close friend of mine, believed that he would just wait and girls would approach him.
At this point, I really want to learn how to get ride of approach anxiety and work on growing my social circle and influence. Also, improve my inner game.
