How do I deal with her downstairs neighbors rude & deprecating comments?

Hey Gents,

I've been hanging out with this girl for the last 8 months and I’m trying to see if I can keep her, She's very guarded when it comes to intimacy which is another subject in itself and why I'm still in for the long haul. With that issue set aside, I like to ask how I can deal with her downstairs neighbor. She’s a complete biatch to me in front of my lady friend and will occasionally pop in to talk to her while were hanging out. I try to be friendly to this girl but she always says "what are you lookin at?" and on numerous occasions has asks my lady "why do you hang out with this guy?" "You should come go clubbing with me, drop him and get a real guy!", she will say "You should get rid of this guy and come find some guys with me, because I would drop him in a heartbeat!" I'm a good guy and my lady knows it but for some reason she wont stand up to this girl and state "cause I like him" etc. instead we both just shrug it off because its kind of humorous. But I think it could damage my ladies perception of my "coolness" if it continues? I could think of a million rude things to say to this biatch downstairs but I don’t want to be that cruel! I'd rather win her over and "Sink with the resistance" as some would say so this biatch will respect me and talk me up in front of my lady instead of down. Any ideas out there on how to deal with this biatch without destroying her with rude comments?
