Which is better? Consistant Sex or Stalin Method

I read in Sex God Method that consistent sex is recommended. (assume you ejaculate at sex)

At the same time with Stalin Method (no ejaculation allowed) your "drive" becomes much higher.

I'm thinking of abstaining from ejaculation so I can have more sexual power for FNC's.

Pointless or could I be onto something?

Both methods are completly stupid and will not bring you happiness. Do you seriously think that either of these things will bring you closer to what you want to achieve (which is being good with woman probably)? Just have sex when you are in a loving relationship or when it ´just happens´. Don´t be so obessed with ´rules´ or sex.

if you have sex alot it changes your frame and so the interactions

From what you've written about the Stalin method, I don't think it would help. Why bother opening a set if it's just going to lead to unsatisfying (for you) sex? It seems like negative reinforcement.

And if it does lead to sexual frustration for you, that's just going to make you seem needy and desperate. Very unattractive.

In any case, regular sex with orgasm (not masturbation, actual sex) increases your testosterone levels which will tend to make you desire sex even more. IMX regular sex is the way to go.
