Default What is focus?

Probably it's a stupid question and surely I need to re-read the attraction code, but anyways... what's focus?

Ok, it's where you put your attention on. From reading "the transition to natural game" it seems that focus is like a mindset... but actually I'm pretty confused I don't have a mental image for this.

Anyone can clarify what focus is and his relationship with mindsets?

When I meet women my focus is "what makes her tick?" that's an example.

my attention is on finding out who she is on a deep level.

I like this Lester!

To the original poster

Take the focus off of yourself and how you seem and def put your focus and attention onto being totally curious about her - whats it like to be here? whats her experience like? Taking your focus off yourself simultaniously accomplishes two things
1) it helps alleviate any anxiety you may have about how you seem or are coming across
2) it really helps to connect with her on a deeper level than most guys who either hoot holler whistle and make ridiculous passes at her - youve now differentiated yourself from the rest while accomplishing a deep curiosity to know about her.

OK, now it's more clear.

I need to make this extro-verted focus a habit.

"Whatever it is that you're doing, be THERE"

That's focus.
