Default Meeting women is a

it's about taking action. it's not a thinking game. so if you find yourself stuck in your thoughts thinking about theories or how you should be, then you're killing yourself, it's about getting out and going after what you want. Taking action.

what action could you be doing right now to be where you want to be at with women.

I agree with you Lester, but for someone like me it's difficult.

Being the intro-verted guy that I am, it's actually difficult to "just do it". This is probably because I tend to place my thoughts before actions, and I feel uncomfortable acting without a good comprehension of the subject... a comprehension that I'll only gain acting in the real world. But too often I find myself stuck in my head trying to figure out the perfect thing to do.

I need to work on my ability to let go and just do it. Meditation could be a good start...

I like the worl your doing and its that spirit that will get you though the challenges of this game.

Now I am not a big fan of the just do it mentality, first of becasue it doesnt provide you with something that you can replicate for further sucess, plus what oull be doing is forcing yourself rather than finding an avenue where your naturally interested in her, and meeting her would be a treat for her

Definately develop a practive of getting back into your body - and also like myself reall work to develop and hone your focus in these crucial situations. Ask empowering questions, and conciously direct your focus - lemme know if this helps or if you have any questions or need clarification on anything im here for ya.

when you start think about what to do, you'll hesitate, sometimes its best to go on instincts with the insight you get from others.

a good start is to get out and do it.

Thanks king_david23, I really appreciate your help! I really want to better myself.

I'm working to make a habit to be aware of where is my focus on and to redirect it in the right place (outside on the real world). Probably it'll take time, but I'll keep you updated

And what do you mean with empowering questions?

Yeah, I see the benefits of acting on my instincts, that really are reflections of my real self and intentions that eventually are distorted by "frictions".

I've recently read:

and putting it into practice. It was a blast! Very effective and liberating
