how can you open a stunning women if she is walking by with adog and you are sitting on the bench?how to make her feel attraction?
sometimes i stop near the crossroads and an attractive girl or woman rides abycicle then stops near me or not far from me.what would you do in the same situation. you have not to much time to hit on her.

attraction and laughter are highly correlated.
get her giggling...
talk to the dog about why this lady is following him around...
ask her if this is how she ALWAYS picks up guys on a bench using her dog...

brainstorm a little... you can think of a few things she hasn't heard.

you see a girl on a bike?
go up to her...
and say...
"hi."
joke about how bike seats cause damage to erection muscles... and ask if she'll let you ride on her handle bars....

i'm making these up... to give you examples of how simple it is.
when u see this girl and dog, or girl and bike-
use your surroundings to your advantage.
make it go as well as possible.

Just off the top of my head, you could do something funny and direct like

"Good thing you have that dog..."

"why's that?"

"Because it gave me an excuse to meet you. I'm Brian."

If she busts on you for having a line, say "yeah...I was feeling creative."

You have to Assert yourself in that situation. You have to quickly give her a new state WITH YOU IN IT. Well first go with the eye contact followed with a warm smirk and a "what's up". While stepping in front of her, and continue on with conversation. If you have a cool vibe she'll want to talk to you... After all, you were able to guide her to a NEW FRAME WITH YOU IN IT. There are times when all it takes is eye contact and a smirk or smile. No chessiness. A smile that says I'm independent of the interaction.
