Default vin, SCubed vs SPR.

hey vin, ive been reading through the scubed descriptions... and i'd like to know How different is scubed from good ol fashioned sexual power reversal, intention mapping and all that stuff.

is it essentially the same stuff.
Or is scubed something completely different or heavily expanded on?
thanks
