Possible options here??

Hi guys,

The following situations is kind of a training opportunity: Last thursday 20/9 I went out and my friend and I opened a group of girls on the street. They turned out to be very much fun and the group convo split up into several separate sets. I was talking to this blond that was simply superfun and the vibe was great. She has a boyfriend, which she actually exerted pretty quick into the convo, but those remarks weren't a real issue. She ended up asking me if I came a lot to the place we were at at the time etc. and the number close was very smooth and eager on her behalf.

So, this tuesday 25/9, I texted her with some comeback humor, asked her how her weekend was and if she was going to be present at the street event in the city the day after. She replied the next day: funny remark back and she'd be there if the weather was ok.

Wednesdayevening, I was out with my mates, and at about 1 in the morning I texted her again (I actually asked her if THEY were around; her & her friends.) She texted me back the next day that she was sorry she didn't reply, cause she was laying KO in her bed.

Normally, I wouldn't bother too much with this kind of sitation and only "use" her as social proof if I bumped into her again (we go to uni in the same city etc.)

But I'm actually wondering if there any options here??
I'm not too concerned with the bf thing cause I get the non-needy, non competing frame that goes with that... But basically, I'm wondering on how I could get together with her? Yeah sure, simply "ask"; text or call her.
But am I correct that this 'll probably be a game of chance?? Whether she's busy or not or in the right mood or not?? And this would imply that if I catch her at a "bad" time; i'll lose some points? Cause I don't see her taking the initiative, no matter how solid the vibe was.

If she continues to badger you on what you're doing, have her meet you in public place - at starbucks or something.

"I'll call when I'm on my way."

Getting address reduces flaking btw.
