Default Blazers and Jeans

I've been wondering about this for a long time. Should I wear some of my blazers with my jeans? From what I hear mostly is no, because the Blazer is formal and jeans are more casual. Well, I took some pics. Let me know what you guys think. Now this one is a lot formal, it has 8 buttons and such and is very long.

Oh yeah, I cropped my head out of this one, think chinky eyes and a bald head. No, not like a guy whose balding with hair on the side but nothing on the top. It's bald all over. Think Michael Jordan.

for someone reason I can't post the other image but it's here.

I like that blazer, its very nice. Very dressy and makes you think of psychedelic pop or rock acts from 1968 to 1973 without actually looking like a period piece.

The necklace is great, goes well with the blazer.

I think jeans would work very well with that blazer, if they where the right kind. I don't think the ones you wear in the picture is really working with the blazer. It becomes obvious when you look at the close up of the blazer that the blazer would need a pair of very dressy jeans.

I would go for dark grey jeans (color: anthracite) and a slim fit. Look at Nudie Jeans Co. / Fit Guide the Tight Long John, Grim Tim or maybe High Kai for the type of fit I think would work with a blazer like that. And they shouldn't look to worn.

Also try with just a shirt and ALL buttons buttoned in the shirt or with only a T-shirt and necklace.

one of my friends wears a blazer all the time with his jeans it seems, he looks really good

I've worn a suit jacket a few times, until it got stolen. wouldn't ever wear one at the moment however! too bloody hot, I wish I could get in to clubs in just a pair of short short and a cropped singlet like the girls can lol

it cost me $3, yeah it sucks

meant the whole suit was no good as it had matching pants

oh well, haven't got a new jacket (though I have a new suit, but a flash european wool suit is far too expensive to wear to town where it might get beer spilled on it!)

is far far far too hot to wear a jacket at the moment anyway with summer being here

i like the blazer with the jeans....just seeing the 'topic' name, i knew id say YES.....possibly darker would look better, but i dont think lighter is oh-so-bad. whereas women probalby could not pull it off without it appearing 'sloppy', men can.......its a more rugged look and still acceptable, IMO. black jeans IMO might be too dark and then you might as well be wearing a full suit....which defeats the whole point then. i like the purposeful denim alongside the blazer. if the jeans are too baggy, however, i might not like it as much......hard to decipher from the picture. hard to sense the types of material in the blazer..........but as for now, i like it.

Cool, thanks for opinion, yeah, I guess your really have to mix and match, a black can make it look good but if it's too black, you might as well bring in the slacks as well.

Default I wear a diesel Courderouy blazer with jeans

I have only gotten complimented for it... it goes especially well with maybe some of those leather boots or punkish/simplistic shoes, I would go to ALDO. I wear it sometimes with a t-shirt especially a graphic and it looks really cool, I got the idea from seeing some celebrity wearing that. Its rather fashionable, yet peacocking. Tight jeans, Loose blazer gives you this mysterious air.

Yeah, I never thought of that, it does add a mystery element to equation. Yeah, I started going to ALDO when mentioned by Vin, great place.
