Chicago Bootcamp | | My two cents here:
I went into the Chicago bootcamp partially expecting a Magic bullet...and came away with a bit more than I thought I would. It's definitely not a magic bullet. What I've come away with is a sense of competence which I didn't realize I even had. So, now I'm finding myself using kino without thinking about it so much. I'm asking girls to do things with genuine expectation of them doing it, where as before I was probably still supplicating. I'm starting conversations and leaving girls with unanswered questions and easily changing topic without completely caving in to shit tests. Then, there are times when I get the feeling I could escalate further but don't, at this point instead of feeling completely lost I think back to the drills I've done and sticking points (or at least the resolutions) seem so much more obvious than ever. One of the other students said it best "it's like driving from LA to New York with a GPS Atlas vs. just driving around with vague sense of East and West." I am very glad I decided to take this bootcamp.
Brian was particularly helpful with getting a sense of how the drills should feel and making adjustments.
