Alf is a cool guy. He really helped me with my sticking points. I told him my experience with women and what I feel was holding me back and he gave me a solution. Alf really gave my beliefs and thoughts a 180 spin, and I’m thankful for it. He gave me something to apply to my communication with women and that something is competence which led to confidence in myself. He has great insight.

I recommend phone coaching because it’s the next best thing to the drills workshops. It’s good because you get know them more and you get a feel for who they are. You get to know them as a person even more. Like I said Alf is cool. I don’t have to say that they will help you well with your sticking points because that’s already a given.
